The York FTS Olympic Combo Bench is ideal for getting a great strength workout on a bench that is made for serious workouts. The bench is fully adjustable to provide a flat, incline or decline bench press and when at 90 degrees, a shoulder press. The crossbar support design is easy to use as is the ‘twist n pull’ pin on the main guide bar.

The telescopic uprights can be extended in 6.2cm increments from 83cm to 123cm using the easy twist and pull pin system, increasing the versatility of this clever bench. Designed to be used with a full-length olympic 7ft bar or over-sized standard 1” bar.

The seat is made with an extra wide padded cushion and a fully contoured edge behind the knee to provide you with the greatest support. It asset at 51cm from the floor to enable you to firmly plant your feet on the floor when working out. The bench comes with the Leg Developer attachment as standard and you can add the Preacher Curl attachment (sold separately) if required.

This item is suitable for light commercial use. This makes it suitable for home use as well as for use in schools, hospitals, workplaces and non-professional sports team venues (where the public are not charged to use the facilities) and is also suitable for use by personal trainers in their own private training facilities.
